Return Policy

Quality Thread & Notions will accept returns of goods from Non-Special Purchase Orders purchased from Quality Thread & Notions for up to 60 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following:

(1) Buyer must obtain a prior authorization from Quality Thread & Notions;
(2) All claims for unreceived, damaged, or improperly shipped merchandise must be reported to Quality Thread & Notions within 15 days of the invoice;
(3) All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $15.00 or 15% handling charge (whichever is greater, not to exceed a total of $125.00);
(4) Goods must be returned in original packaging and be in the original condition;
(5) No returns on items will be allowed if the items have been altered or combined with any other goods;
(6) Clearance/Close Out items are not eligible for return or exchange as all sales are final;
(7) Quality Thread & Notions does not accept returns of goods from special purchase orders (any order that requires Quality Thread & Notions to obtain a quote from a manufacturer, or any order that requires Quality Thread & Notions to place a custom order with a manufacturer);
(8) Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Quality Thread & Notions, and for arranging the return shipment. If Buyer requests that Quality Thread & Notions facilitate the return, and Quality Thread & Notions agrees to facilitate the return, a return shipping charge of (a) 5% of the price paid for the goods returned, or (b) Quality Thread & Notions’ less-than-truckload shipping amount, whichever is higher, will be imposed on the Buyer; and
(9) Quality Thread & Notions does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at a Quality Thread & Notions facility.  In no event shall the Buyer be entitled to any right of set-off against Quality Thread & Notions.

All claims for unreceived, damaged, or improperly shipped merchandise must be reported to us within 15 days of the invoice.
